MVC on I-65 at the 91 Mile Marker
Elizabethtown Fire Rescue extricated the driver of a Toyota Tacoma after the southbound pickup crossed the median into the northbound lanes and was struck by an oncoming tractor trailer. The crash occurred on the morning of October 25, 2010. The driver of the pickup was flown to University Hospital in Louisville by Air Methods. The driver of the semi was not injured. Kentucky State Police and Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement also worked the scene. (Click photos to enlarge)
